DemoDay 43 Update

Submitted updated game to DemoDay 43 (DD43)

I didn't have much time to work on it but I tried to address the critique I've received the last time.

Changes for DD43:

• Renamed project from "untitledjrpg" to "Project-R" (Working title)
• Added control instructions in-game
• Implemented a more intuitive textual user interface, replacing the old CLI
  • Downside is that it should require Windows 10 TH2 (v1511) or newer for ANSI escape sequences support
• Changed character names to English to avoid incorrectly displayed Japanese characters
• Reduced binary file size in half as a test for File Size Jam
• Pause when game ends to display the victory/defeat messages
• Added Placeholder(chan) icon to the executable
